Hi folks, I use maildrop to deliver my mail on my home server. Mainly, because I hate procmail, and maildrop is a tad easier to understand.

However, to a certain class of emails, I wish to add headers. I subscribe to many mailing lists, and normally, when I reply to a message on one of those lists, I am replying to the author of the message, not to the list. I want to use maildrop, which is already filtering my messages ( in delivery mode ), to add a "Reply-To:" header to those emails.

I know it's sorta possible with -A in manual mode, but that doesn't work for me and my setup.

Any help is, as always, much apprecaited.

K, got it. The maildrop program is part of a package that also comes with reformail, which is what I needed.

The man page for reformail is fairly descriptive of how it works.
