Machine rebooting... again

okay, now I can't possibly see what my problem is. Just tonight I was playing ut2k4 and my computer went black on me and rebooted. Now, I just reformatted with a fresh install of XP (did all the updates, etc.) and the last thing I installed was Divx player. Then later, like 10 minutes after the 1st time it was totally idle downloading stuff for the night (dial-up) and it does it again, I wasn't even touching it.

The only thing I just remembered I forgot was to install the AGP driver for my mobo, but I really doubt that would make any difference because I have been playing games like AA and ut2k4 a lot reciently.

I've used this computer since february when I built it and have never come up with any memory problems with memtest 86+ so... what else should I check. Newest nvidia drivers, all my power according to my bois are as follows: 12v- 11.795, 5v- 5.026,3.3- 3.28, vcore 1.58
