M1015 Flash Fail

I am trying to crossflash a IBM M1015 to LSI9211-IT mode.

I run

megarec -writesbr 0 sbrempty.bin
megarec -cleanflash 0

cleanflash fails at 40%, i have tried it on three motherboards, a Supermicro, Zotac and an old Gigabyte and it always fails at 40%, the card comes up in adplist but it wont let me flash at all.

Any ideas.
 
Which firmware version is already on it, and which version are you flashing it to? Did the card work OK previously?
 
Honestly i dont know what was on it, i was just trying to wipe it. Trying to goto 2118IT. The card showed up in windows but i didn't try to install a driver or anything.
