Is it true that less LUT corrections needed equals to better monitor?

can I say that this monitor
lut2.PNG

is better than this?
lut1.PNG

because it needs less LUT corrections to achieve Gamma 2.2, 6500K?

Besides neutrality it depends on how extensive the OSD options are (and how accurate) to approach your calibration aims as close as possible in hardware (which makes sense if a LUT >8bit is implemented): Less alterations = less loss of tonal values. The UDACT will tell you how many tonal values have been lost through videocard LUT alterations.

Best regards
