low scores??

Im getting way low scores on my athlon64 3500+ and the only thing I can think of is because of my shitty ram

512 ddr 2100 mind you its not by any special name brand either.

9800XT with cat 4.6 drivers.

any help or suggestions.. can my ram actually be causing these low scores?

Make sure you installed latest chipset drivers for your mainboard and latest directx (9.0C)

Yeah...that's pretty crappy!

Make sure you don't have AA or AF on by default. Make sure your agp settings are correct...It may very well have something to do with memory...Why all the kickass hardware, $400 CPU, $400 video card...then skimp that badly on ram?

Anyway, try uninstalling old drivers, re-installing new ones...maybe post your full specs. too.
 
all specs are in my sig. unless you want more detail voltage wise or something to that effect. and when you mean off by default for my video card having them set to application prefference, is that fine or no?
