I currently have an old S478 P4 system as my file server and am looking to go a bit more efficient/lower power/quiet.

Useage:
Web browsing via LogMeIn/RDP
File server for HTPC (Includes 1080p HD Content)
Print Server
Download Box

I am currently using a three HD system: 1x250GB for OS, 1x1TB WD Green and 1x2TB WD Green. I will be adding more drives as needed in the future. I need to retain my OS as Windows 7 (Due to license as well as useability). Looking to stay around a C2D or better. Any recommendations? Looking for just a Mobo+CPU right now ~$100 if possible.

The 775 Core Solo's are a winner if you can find one i had a E6550 and it used even less power than my Sandy Bridge NAS does.
