I know there were some apps to control fan speeds on the older ATI cards but I cannot find anything to control the fan speeds on a 4850. Anyone know of anything?

I'd like it to lower the fan speed a bit when it isn't in 3D mode to quiet the system down a bit.

Or the latest Catalyst Control Center both can control fans manually. For reference, mine are near silent at about 30-35%.
