Some of the file links point towards older software versions, and the batch files needed twaeking to get them working right, but the above guide is pretty cool and should get you walking down the right path.

Your format is more elegant since the cue and (losslessly compressed) wav can be used to write a bit-perfect CD copy. At least as bit-perfect as the original CD, your drive and EAC can get it.
