Losing focus/hardware disconecting

I'm having an infuriating problem. My mouse/keyboard keeps losing focus, I have used gamebooster to terminate everything yet it still happens. My internet keeps disconnecting as well (but I don't know if this is related or not).

I don't know what to do, I even formatted and reinstalled windows (7 and 8) but the problem remains.

Any ideas?

A little more description would be in-order :D

I will say that badly-coded software CAN cause what you are seeing, and next time you reinstall Windows I would recommend avoiding unnecessary crapware like gamebooster. Any third-party program you put on your PC could easily be responsible for this, and you have no idea how well each app is coded. Unless YOU take the time and effort to RESEARCH an application before you use it, is should have NO PLACE near your computer!
