I have a Intel 180 gig cherryvile right now and have had zero problems with it, I want to replace it with something faster and bigger, i am not interested in raid at all, and it will be a OS drive. would the Samsung 840 pro be a good choice? the price is right.

Big fan of Samsung SSD's. Picked up a 840 Evo 250GB a couple weeks ago at Best Buy for $140 and its been a gem so far.
