1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

Web surfing, photo/video editing + storage, music library.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

Around $600

3) Where do you live?

USA

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

All I will be reusing is an LCD, keyboard and mouse. I'll need motherboard, ram, cpu, psu, case, drives, storage...

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

Just a LCD, keyboard and mouse. Not sure on the models ATM.

6) Will you be overclocking?

Prefer not to, but I can. Do not really plan to game on it, so I don't think over clocking will benefit me.


7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?

It's a 19" LCD


8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?

This month

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc.

No features are required, unless I need one to do what I intend to do with the system.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? 32bit or 64bit?

Do not have a valid OS that I will be reusing, this does not have to be included in the price.

since windows isn't included in the build price, i'd go for shadows build (newer chipset, faster stock clocked cpu, much better case).
