Looking for non-standard fan adapter

I'm looking for an atypical fan adapter for use in a cooling application that is not inside my case.

I would like to use a 120mm fan in an 80mm application but I cannot use the typical concentric adapters that I've seen for sale due to physical space limitations on one side. I require either an offset adapter or some sort of 90-degree affair.

So, not this:

but more like this:

80

120


or this:

80

| |
| ----
| 120
|_____


One option I have in mind is a piece of duct with a concentric adapter on the end, but I'd rather have a more compact, cheaper, one-piece solution.
