looking for external LAN Raid=1 backup

im looking for an external raid=1 backup using 3.5" IDE drives

idealy i would like to copy ghost images to it from several networked computers automatically
i figure running one raid backup array would be cheaper easier then setting up seperate arrays in each of the 3 computers

ive looked at tapes but they seem expencive and unrelyable

anything out there that fit my needs?
