Hello all, I am looking to begin another build, its a personal rig and I want to make something truly exquisite and high class. I am looking to do some mods and all that good stuff. My current ideas for colors are white/red or blue or green and black/yellow. Now taking that into consideration out of the cases listed below, which do you think would look nicest in one of those color schemes? Why? Also I would greatly appreciate it if the "moddability" and styling of each was taken into consideration. Once again, thanks for helping me out guys.

Cases:
1. Cooler Master HAF X
2.Cooler Master Cosmos II
3.Enermax Fulmo GT
4.Antec 1200 V3
5.Corsair 800D
6.Silverstone TJ11
7.NZXT Phantom

My votes in order:

Caselabs M8/M10/MH10
Silverstone TJ07(This is the best all around choice for pure class)
Silverstone TJ11
Lian Li Z70B (Will have to get creative but highly modifiable. If need a few ideas PM me.)

Since you're looking for "high class" I wouldn't recommend anything less than an all aluminum case.
Black and Yellow hasn't been done that much, white and red sounds great also. Consider purple, chocolate/brown and titanium as possible colors for your build.
Blue, green and red have been done millions of times, so if you want something unique think out of the box.

Thanks, though mind if I ask your opinion on the color schemes. I am truly torn about what colors I want to use. Thanks.

I was going to get the asus sabertooth p67 and paint the tuf armor any color it needs to be. Do you know if I need to use some sort of engine paint or high heat paint for the tuf armor? Thanks for your opinion as well

as the tuff armor coating is a type of rubber-based coating,, the best bet would be to remove it before applying a paint, or use a different color rubber-based type paint coating. if you try to use regular paint on this surface, it will be prone to flaking off.

Really? I had the Sabretooth P67 and the mobo cover is plastic. Unless I'm misunderstanding your post.

To OP: I'm not that informed on spray paint so other members could help you with that.
As for the board itself, it doesn't have the most ideal layout, P67 has been replaced by the Z68 motherboards also.
Honestly if you can, wait for the new Z77 motherboards that will be released in March/April. I rather you start and finish your build right the first time.

Honestly I'm having trouble deciding on which one I prefer on picking up for my PC build: The first one or the last one. Those are both super cool. I am not using it for gaming mainly though.

@germish12 :
sorry, i though you were talking about another spray paint type coating..called (tuff armor) :p the one on that motherboard shroud should be just a regular paint so for plastic i'd recommend krylon fusion paint.

@HAARP

I currently have the phantom, but am selling my current rig off to a friend. So I love the phantom and would love to do another build in it, but i also like change which is why I posted this. Though, the tj07 looks pretty cool except for the aluminum frame inside. How much does complete powdercoating cost?

Out of your choices only the Phantom and TJ11 have any class to me. The TJ11 is the most intricate IMO. Whenever I see a TJ07 without a painted interior and not configured in reverse ATX it feels like a half-assed attempt.

I also would include the FT02 in your choices.

What city do you live in?

It's best to find a small shop to powdercoat, no large scale commercial business. You can find a place for $50 or up to $200, just depends on how well you research your area.

When it powdercoated properly, it's among the best though. Depending on the final cost to build the TJ07 to modern specs, the TJ11 maybe be the better investment.

Yeah, I've pretty much made up my mind to go with the Phantom, although, it is still tough for me to decide between that and the Cooler Master. If I already had a Phantom and was building a 2nd PC though, I would no doubt go with the Cooler Master. Mostly the reason is the way the exterior looks and the interior is designed, just LOOKS like the case to store components of a robot. Which is just an enjoyable concept for me as the owner of a super computer. Also it is a bit bigger which is another plus.

No NZXT Switch 810? Looks kinda like the Phantom, but bigger and more water-cooling friendly.

Actually that does look pretty slick, its a bit square but i think i could get over that. Thanks for the heads up. Also, opinions on color scheme guys?
