Im looking for a desktop style case for a server/HTPC however I would like for it to have 2 exposed 5.25" drive bays without modding. I'm thinking of going with a SilverStone case but none of them have 2 external 5.25" bays. The reason I want the external bays is so I can use a Matrix Orbital in it.

Kinda ugly... I should have been more specfic. I would want it to be in black, aluminum if possible, I guess I will need 3 5.25" bays (2 for VFD, 1 for DVD) and something like that would work.

how about this from Antec. it has the external drive like you wanted and it is black. if you get silver drives everything will match.

That case looks like it might work out well. Has 3 5.25" bays (2 for LCD, 1 for DVD) its black, and doesnt look too big. Its only $40 with no PSU which is fine because I would be getting a silent one anyways. Also the two extra 3.5" bays would be perfect for front USB/firewire/card readers. The LEDs could be changed out to blue to make it look nicer and I could add a OCModShop case badge to the indentation. Maybe I will buy one of these on Friday when I get paid.
