Can anyone tell me where i can find a very thin 14" lcd. i need the foot piece that holds it up to be easily removed, i am going to be putting this in my car so these 2 things are crucial, i found one by MAG that meets my needs but the price is $300 at bestbuy :-\ can anyone help? thank you

I've never done this, but I don't see why it wouldn't work. It seems that you shouldn't worry about what kind of foot piece it has because you could theoretically take apart the display and just use the LCD itself and somehow mount the loose circutry on some board. This way, you could seamlessly mount it in a dash, ceiling, or seat. Or are you trying to go for the 'display' look and use it as a whole? If so, ignore this post ;)
