Logitech Z-5500

I got my Z-5500s just the other day...I'm having a lot problems.

It's plugged in through an optical output on a HT Omega Striker 7.1 running on Vista 64 bit.

First of all...in the windows control panel speaker test...the left speaker doesn't have any output...the center output is really quiet...and the sub output comes from the center.

But in iTunes...music plays through all of the speakers except the center speaker.

I can't get Crysis to give me any audio whatsoever.

what the hell is going on?
