I'm wondering if any of you have experience with Microsoft Live Communication Server? Its something my company is looking into, but we don't have any experience with it.
we use it it. works. Nothing special really. Give you nice features. You can even allow external IM to other protcols (don't ask me why it was approved).
It works well in a Microsoft environment. The integrations with SharePoint, Outlook, etc are nice. Having central control of your IM environment is a big plus as well.
I'm a big fan of it. I really like the ability to send my conversations to my email with one click of a button. It really is perfect for a work environment.
