I'm running smp with my stock i5 750 and gpu2 on a 260. I'm upgrading my 260 to GTX 460 (sli). How should I set this up for most points?

Thanks

Moon

Upgrade the GPU2 client to the GPU3 client. Continue running the SMP client as is.

Do I need to set any flags on the GPU3 client for more than one GPU?

It's very similar to multi-GPUs on GPU2, have you done it before on GPU2? The only exception is, if you are mixing G200/G92 cards with Fermi, you want to set specific -forcegpu flags:

GTX 400 Series GPU (Fermi): -forcegpu nvidia_fermi
GTX 200 Series GPU (Non-Fermi): -forcegpu nvidia_g80

Here is a transition from GPU2 to GPU3 guide: http://foldingforum.org/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=15196

No I have not ran multi with GPU2. I'm going to have 2 GTX 460s installed in a few min :)

In a nutshell, you want to install the client into two separate locations. The official guide has you use the installer to do the first install and then you copy the installation to another location for the second GPU. You then create a unique shortcut for each and append the command line with -gpu 0 for the first GPU and -gpu 1 for the second GPU.

Here is our multi-gpu guide which is for GPU2 but GPU3 is very similar: http://www.hardforum.com/showpost.php?p=1032943617&postcount=5

Since you are using two Fermi cards, you can ignore any references to the -forcegpu flags. Using the transition guide I posted before and our older multi-GPU guide, you should be able to figure it out. Just remember to use the -gpu X flags, get your shortcuts set right, and be sure to set a unique machine ID in each config and you should be all set.

oh, and I would probably do a complete uninstall of the GPU2 client first rather than try to install the new GPU3 over the top.
