i need a little help ocing my system, whenever i try to even go like .1mhz over the clock speed after about 2 hours of gaming or whatever ill get a dumprep bsod error...during the winter i was successfully running at 3200+(2.2ghz) for a while at 1.7v on my 2600+ barton with my 9 dollar cooler and a fan blowing in the side of the case...what i wanna know is why do i get those errors and where do i find the option do disable/enable agp/pci lock? ive heard this may be the problem

The option to disable/enable agp/pci lock is found in the bios. Check your motherboard manual to find out if its even possible on your board. Some boards dont have the ability to enable/disable the the lock. If your motherboard manual doesnt talk about it at all, might help to look it up in the bios optimization guide.
