hey im looking to find a case that comes with liquid cooling. i have a 8800 GTS and that thing idle at 50 c so liquid cooling ext for GPU is a must. also is it possible to liquid cool a processor? my core 2 has pretty good temps but hey the cooler the better.

Wheres a good place to start looking? someone from work mentioned koolants.com but the site is either down or nonexistant now. PSU isnt needed

No it's not. Why the hell would nvidia release a card with a cooler that was insufficient for the job? There are only 2 reasons why you need watercooling - 1.) the pursuit of silence 2.) overclocking. If you are doing neither, then watercooling is a waste of money.
