I am in the process of building and modding a new Aqua water cooled system. I love the case, but there are two areas I want to change.

1 has been removed
2 I am thinking of covering
3 I am considering using colored plexiglass

Since the case will be windowed, I want the focus to be on the components, not bare metal. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

I did the colored plexi to cover that part (instead of replacing it entirely), wasn't really sure which way you planned on going there.

Here's something I found out by experimenting with plexi:

Pull off the backing paper/film only from the a piece of clear plexi, paint it white (or silver), don't touch it until it's COMPLETELY dry. Once dry pull the backing paper/film off the front (wouldn't that be fronting film?) and paint the front with a very thin layer of spray paint (particularly if you can find a tranlucent paint (a thin layer of Metalcast will work). Once it's completely dry it almost looks like some kind of strange painted mirror.

Give it a try, it's a kinda' cool look that I don't see done very often.

where will you put the rad?

How is that case? Overrated?

I love the case. I have mounted the EVO 240 on the top and the 160 in the bottom.
