So i was installing Limewire (4.9) on a fresh install of XP and it said it couldn't install Java and that i'd need to DL it from Sun's site. Ok, that's odd but whatever. I DL'd the Java installer 1.5 and installed ok.
I try to launch Limeiwire but it can't load Java, and i'd need to DL it...um, ok. I try to launch the Java console in the Contol pannel but it says it can't find the registry file. (HKEY_somethin_somthin)
I log in under the other (admin) user account in XP and limewire boots fine! I get the same control pannel error about the registry but LW loads ok. I tried uninstalling LW and Java but I got the same problems.
