the stupid support contact form on their page works sometimes, no one replies...and now it says the mail box is full lol.

seems nothing @mail.lian-li.com or @lian-li.com works.

anyone have a contact? All i want is some damn screws for my v351b lol

They used to respond to emails quickly (same or next day). I got some extra parts for cases before.

But not, you never get a response....ever. I've tried and failed.

They used to have a forum as well but closed that earlier this year for unknown reasons.
 
Recently? What email address are you using? Or are you using the online form?
 
If I recall, Frozen CPU.com carries all the factory nick nacks for Lian Li (factory thumbscrews, etc). They will accept a phone call and payment over the phone if you don't want to use the net.

You can also call Jennifer at Sundial Micro in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. I believe she can put you in contact with someone at Lian Li. I don't think she is authorized to sell piece parts, only complete cases but she should have the contact where you can get them from the factory.

Me either. They sent me a bag of hdd grommets/screws free and replied within a day or 2. Not too bad.
 
well the admin email hasnt bounced yet, all the support address' bounce back with full mail boxes day after day
