What is the highest you should really go with a prescott 3GHZ. I'm running air, but the case seems to get really hot with all of the HD's I have in there. about 50C.

Is this normal?
 
you can run them up to 70C, but wherever they start getting unstable is where you should stop overclocking, right now since i only have 1 fan on my radiator instead of two im getting pretty hot temps
