LG W2363V

Yet another 23" TN. Nothing that really makes it stand out from the crowd, I guess.

be very wary of LG monitors. im finding out the hard way right now. their company policy if to provide a refurbished screen for anything submitted under an rma. so if it craps out on you in 4 months.....you get a refurb. and there is no gurantee it will be in as good condition as the one you had ( bezel/screen). my L246WP-BN crapped out after 2 yrs. the first came back with a marked screen. second they sent me a crappy 22"...LOL 3rd im still waiting.... LG has the worst service (knowlege wise) and policy i have ever heard of. no more LG for me or any of my customers. LG is supposed to be "Life's Good", but all i can see is "Lotsa Garbage"....

No idea about this one- I got w2361v-pf few days ago.

And well as has been said just another 23" TN panel - I'm impressed with 720p scaling to full screen ability, and it's nice for gaming.
Not so amazing for movie watching (after all it's only tn), and ergonomics are crap.

For a 150 euro screen that in Poland comes with 0-dead pixel warranty (30days) it's very good.

OT- but nowhere near my Belinea (no suprise here when it costs 1/3 of it's price)

does anyone know if this monitor will be released in the US? because i really want this monitor for gaming. its only been released in japan so far.

Actually this monitor is also being sold in the UK. No idea on a North American release. It looks like a great gaming monitor especially for consoles. With 2 HDMI and a component input you could connect your PS3, Xbox, Wii and PC to the same monitor. It's also got a game mode for zero input lag. I would love to read an actual review to see how that pans out.
