Just wondering where you all buy your lexan online, I'm looking for somewhere a little more robust than home depot, I need some fairly large sized sheets.
Thanks,
-Mike

How large do you need?

Since lexan is used for structure and armor for combat robots, The Robot Marketplace has polycarbonate sheets up to 24"x24" in lots of different thickneses.

I have dealt with them before and they are a really solid store.

For my case window, I bought a 16x16 piece of acrylic from the canadian site http://www.lux-design.com/
They are going out of business though, and won't have stock for much longer.

A good suggestion: look for a store locally that sells plastics. Tap Plastics is popular. It's so much cheaper than buying online.

If you need stuff bigger than what home depot has then it will start to cost quite a bit for shipping. Check your phonebook for a plastic store. Even if they don't have what you need, there is a better chance that they could order it for you than home depot.
