I currently have 2 90 degree fittings in my loop. My temperatures are right where I want them, and the flow (while I cant check it) seems to move great. I am judging this from watching how fast the bubbles moved through the system while I was bleeding it, at which point they were hauling ass through the loop. I am planning to add 2 more 90 degree fittings to the loop. I am mainly doing this for the looks factor.

I am cooling a 8800gt and a q6600 @ 3.2ghz. Just thought I should throw that in there, max cooling capacity isn't a requirement.

The one fitting I am concerned with is that I want to put a 90 turn on the outlet of my mcp 355. I am concerned that this is the one fitting of all of them that could really cause some problems. Ultimately I'm just gonna do it and see what happens, but I wanted to get some input from both sides of the arguemement on just how bad these fittings are.

I've got two of Danger Den's delrin 90 degree fittings in my loop. I might could have got away with just using one, but the second one made the loop a great deal easier to run. Does it affect flow? Maybe. Looking at the water movement in the bay reservior, it's still pushing a whole shit-ton of water through the loop.

I've got a PTS topped DDC+, Danger Den TDX, two Danger Den Iones, 3x120mm Black Ice radiator. I run .5" ID tubing from the reservior to the pump and 3/8" ID tubing from the pump's outlet all the way through the loop.
 
90 degree fittings are generally a bad idea. You will notice a drop in pressure.and will hurt the overall flow in your loop. If you're going for looks then I would suggest looking at various ways you can use different pumps to keep the flow going. I"m not sure how intricate your loop is, but again 90s will slow the water flow, so be cautious.
 
I'd rather use coolsleeves than elbows, and like one previously mentioned, it just kills flow.

Yikes @ those Aqua Computer setups with a ton of 90s. Never saw the point in using them.
