I remember a lot of people a while back trying to find a similar item that Burger King had in their Kid's Meals so I thought I would pass this on. Disney Stores are selling a little hand-held fan that has LEDs on the center of the fan. When the fans spin, the LEDs light up, then blink to create different patterns. It looks like there are 3 colors, the LEDs are powered by 2 small batteries and will light up even if the fan is off. I've seen people put these on their case or HSF fans and I think it's not something you see everybody with. The fans are on sale 4/$10, I swa them at Washington Square in Beaverton OR, YMMV
 
umm ok you can buy a real LED fan that will cool your case for 10. but ok
