Can anyone point me to some info on how to splice the LED from the fan to it's own separate control? I want to be able to turn the LED's on the fans off and on, and still leave the fans running. Is this even possible? I know the AC Ryan fans have a plug in for the LED's so you can keep them separate, just not sure if it's possible with other fans.

Thanks

i would like to know this as well as well as permanently turning off the LED of an LED fan... any help would be appreciated

well you can see where the leds go and connect with the main cord, so just cut the cord there, and then take some other cord and solder it on. . .or tape it if your lazy lol. . . simple as that
