i have a 200mm spectre pro led fan. it has two wires separate from the 3 pin for the leds. how would i go about hooking the led's to a toggle switch? i assume just snip those wires and attach to switch. i assume things incorrectly most of the time...

i haven't hooked the fan up yet... not sure why these wires are even here. i thought led fans typically just ran off the 3 pin.

positive (red) to switch, switch to positive (also red) input on fan then run the black wire to ground its not hard just google it.
