leaky rotary fitting

hey y'all

I just set up a new x58 system and all is well but one rotary fitting. It is just ever so slightlyleaking at the spot where the rotary pivots. I have 5 more that are working fine. Is it possible to fix this problem and if not has anyone ever RMA'd bitspower stuff before?

I ran into the same issue. Given their price though, I don't think it's work it to RMA just one fitting vs. just buying another one. I've heard that bitspower customer service is almost nonexistent. I couldn't even find a website. You'll have better luck asking for an exchange from the retailer if you can.
 
Ehh yea I suppose. I will just cut my losses on this one or at least put some tape on is LOL

Tape won't stop it. You might be able to force some silicon or something into the rotary joint from the inside of the fitting, but then the rotary joint would be locked up.
 
sounds interesting thanks. Although I just might retire it to a drawer.
 
Contact the distributor you purchased it from and they will send a replacement. Take it out of the loop immediately.
