Leaking- what do I do?

I have a Swiftech 240 QP rad that is not airtight, and I bought it about a month ago. Just installed it and to ensure my parts are airtight, before leak testing of course, I blow on a tube connected to the component and cover the other hole. I do this as I attach each new component to the loop. The rad was just mounted for the first time, and it is already leaking. What can I do to fix this? Should I contact Swiftech, I really would rather avoid shipping to the UK. Or is there a DIY trick I can use? Thanks alot guys.
 
From the amount of information you gave, I dont think anyone can answer your question. Where on the radiator is the leak, can you take pictures of the leak, did it leak when you hooked the whole water loop up and turned the pump on or what? And since you are in the UK, I'm surprised you didnt go with a thermochill, I thought they were pretty cheap since they are made in the UK.
 
I agree with the other poster. Either describe exactly where it is leaking and/or take a few pictures.
 
Swiftech has a California office number you can call.
 
If there is a problem with the radiator, you can take it to get it pressure tested and repaired at any motorcycle/automotive shop if it isn't covered by warranty.
 
Thanks all I mailed back to Swiftech will update with more info when they decide whether or not they're willing to replace it...
