My 2 month old Leadtek 6800GT crapped out on me. It acted up last week, then ran good after a harddrive reformat, then yesterday it just went dark. I had to contact LeadTek and get a RMA. Has anyone dealt with LeadTek support? I hope it is good, going back to my old ATI 9550 kinda sucks after the 6800GT.
 
when i first ordered my leadtek it had soem bad ram, even so muc as clickign the start menu caused massive corruption. it went through the retailed tho, but i did have contact with them and leadtek sent them a replacement the same day, without even getting the defective one back from the retailer yet. seems to be fine service, they are a reputable company and it shouldnt take long for a rma
 
Turns out that LeadTek has great customer service, the replacement card is on its way back in less than a week. They have been very friendly with email updates and return tracking number. Nice to have good service.
 
Leadteks has allwayss been good with our shop we never had a problem with them ever. Also we got great suppliers as well which helps heaps.
