I just got my Leadtek 6800NU the other day from Newegg, I'm so glad I got this instead of the chaintech or eVGA (due to the non-reference HSF). It runs spectatular on its stock speeds of 325/700), but I decided I wanted to overclock it so I get coolbits, got 400/900 in two tries, then got 412/912 (you can do other combos, like 415/903 etc etc). I get NO ARTIFACTS at all on this thing (yes, not even on the turtle's shell in 3dmark03
Here's a comparision of before and after in 3dmark03 (as a reference, my system is a bit old, AGP4x mobo, RDRAM 4x128, P4 2.26GHz, etc etc). Still the gains are there. Nothing was changed in between these two tests besides the OC.
I HIGHLY recommend Leadtek for any 6800NU/GT/U.
ANYWAYS...
I have some important questions, first off, how do I save my Clock Frequencies Settings in the nVidia CP? Everytime I reboot it gets erased. Is there another program I could (or should rather) use instead of nVidia's CP?
Secondly, under Clock Frequency Settings, what should Standard (2D) be set at if my Performance (3D) is at like 412/912? Should I have it at 325/912?
Also, if anybody else has OC'd any Leadtek 6800nu/gt/u, post speeds here. Thanks
