Leadtek 12 pipeline GT's?

[raptor 33]

Just noticed something while doing some online shopping. Newegg has Leadtek's GF6800GT (A400 GT TDH) for $20 less than I paid for my ATI X800pro! ouchie.. Anyway, took a peek at Leadtek home page and they have this card listed as a "Superscaler 12 pipeline" solution. I thought all GT's and Ultra's sported a 16 pipeline GPU. Don't think this is a typo as the Ultra model is also listed with 12 pipelines. Is Leadtek selling a neutered Nvidia GPU on these cards?

Prolly a typo indeed, got the link?

maybe someone did a copy and paste job on the cards deescription and forget to change it from 12 pipelines to 16 (but remembered to change the clock speeds?)

Highlights

Superior Performance with Superscalar architecture – quantum leap to 16*** -pipeline from quadruple-pipeline

***: A400 GT and A400 Ultra only. A400 TDH supports 12-pipeline by its GPU architecture.

It says 16 for those models, 12 for the non-ultra....

Ok, just a "reado" instead of a "typo"
