LDAP Dir in Outlook 2003?

I am waondering how I can add our local LDAP address book directory in Outlook 2003? I know in Thunderbird I just open the "Address Book" and select "New LDAP" and enter my server info and it works but this user insist on using Outlook.

Tools -> Email Accounts -> "Add a new Directory or Address Book"

From there you will get the LDAP option and should know what to do. It would be nice if they had some sort of link from the contacts ('address book'), but they do not.

Can you set Outlook to auto search the LDAP server when entering a address in the field?
