LCD scratches? :(

I have a Vizio LCD TV that has two very tiny knicks in it.. both are located in the same area. Both of them are the size of a pencil point. It's really not THAT bad.. but it does bother me sometimes (I'm a bit of a perfectionist). Is there anything I can do about this, without jeopardizing ruining it more? Perhaps there is someplace that I can pay to do this, or something I can buy to take care of this? I'm almost ready to buy a new TV, as this one is pretty small anyways. Thanks guys.. any help would be much appreciated
