LCD Black Screen - Green Light On

Hey guys,

I purchased this monitor:

Last night to be the 3rd monitor in my Eyefinity setup, I do not have the displayport adapter yet (its in the mail) so I decided just to plug it in as a secondary monitor to try it out.

Here is the problem:
When I plug it in, and set the resolution it works about 10% of the time, the other times it shows the image for about a second then switches to an all black screen, even though the power button stays green. When I swapped that monitor with my acer 20" the acer worked just fine.

HOWEVER:
When I plug the Hannsg in it is detected as 61hz in the control panel, if I use refresh force to set it to 60hz it works about 40% of the time. The other times it will shut off and not work.

When I do get that correct combination of resolution and extended display settings working though, the monitor works just fine.

The monitor also works just fine if I plug it in to my laptop.

It also goes all black when I switch it into eyefinity mode as well. I am almost certain it is the refresh rate throwing it off.

Things I have tried:
ECID Repair (but could not find correct file for it so never actually did it)
Refresh Force (works 40% of the time)
Lower Resolution (does not work as windows tries to put it to 75hz on lower resolutions)
Downloaded Driver from HANNSG
Also tried running as generic PNP
Flashed RadeonHD5870 with latest bios

Also: The OSD does not work on the monitor when the screen is black.

Running Windows 7 Ultimate.
