I'm planning a mod where I need to display various pieces of info on the front of the case. Problem is, to keep to my mod's theme I have a few requirements:
-Must be yellow-ish text on black background
-Must display text on both the left and hight hand side of the front of the case with nothing in the middle
-Normal character display size on a character lcd/vfd is too small. I need about twice the size
-Interface with either speedfan or mbm (prefer speedfan) to show temps & rpm's
-Header for thermal sensor (for watercooling)

Based on these requirements I need a display that is ~18cm (7") wide. Now this is not a good option, so I was thinking of using 2 displays. But i'm not sure if Smartie (or other apps) can control 2 displays with different info. If this is possible, I'm probably set!

If not my other option is to get one display that just shows the water temp from the thermal probe (like the Innovatek model) and the other display is controlled through Smartie/other app and display the rest of the info (assuming I can display in Smartie across two rows). Problem with this solution is getting 2 displays that look alike.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Why not just buy an LCD meant for use in a car's head rest that's about 7in. and then hook it up as a second monitor and use a program to display different things from one monitor to the next so they're independent of each other and you can just use software monitoring and have it displayed however you want.

i was on the noritake itron site the other day and thy have some long lcd's

OK - I think an LCD with MBM and CoolMon would do the trick. Now just to get the water temp onto the display - Please help!
