Language Bar not showing on TaskBar!

hey... (i tried the search function, but i couldn't find the answer =( )

how do you get the Language Bar to appear on the TaskBar???


i believe i'm using Windows XP Corporate Edition...
i've gotten the Language Bar to work; but when i minimize it, it disappears...

it's suppose to stay in the TaskBar (when minimized), but i believe it does not, because it is not in the "ToolBars":

does anyone know how to add the Language Bar into the ToolBars?...
or, is there another way to make the Language Bar show on the TaskBar?

Please help me too. I cannot make it show up. I have already done the obvious, like http://www.e-nihongo.net/japcomp/jap_xp/bar_again.html but no use. Please help me and gtxboy224 out. thanks.
