LanBox 6"x7.5"x12"

i need a mobo to fit in this box
it is 6" deep and 7.5" tall and 12" wide

i want to put the mobo on the back of the box, and have the cards come out the side obviously

i was looking at the mini-itx boards i could find and none of them had an agp slot but i thought that someone made an itx board that had 1agp and 1pci slot
it needs onboard sound, doesn't have to be 5.1 or anything i'll only be using headphones with it anyway.

oh and it needs to be AMD

please help me out, and any links for where to buy said motherboard would also be appreciated
