I'm sure there are other people here running the lacie calibration software who might be able to help.
When I run the blue eye software often times while its loading windows will freeze and not accept any input forcing me to hard restart. The display profile will load instantly but the window for the software will doesn't come up before everything freezes. I'm running version 4.5.5 and have had no problems on both vista 64 and xp. My first guess was that this was something to do with write permissions so I have the lacie software set to run as admin, this seems to have helped but the problem still happens 1/4 of the time.
My new machine is running win7 64bit with GTX460s in SLI connected to two displays. I am going to try disabling SLI for a while to see if that fixes the problem but its not a good solution. It also might be some sort of issue with the driver that is supposed to load the profile when the machine starts. I haven't seen that work correctly since I was running xp.
Also, for some reason when things do load properly the window will always appear on my secondary monitor regardless of the fact that I never use it over there and the profile is loaded for my primary.
If anyone else here has a similar setup and has been able to fix this problem let me know.
