Hey guys. Im putting together a new build here soon and im looking to get an Antec 920 liquid cooler for my CPU. It will be going into a Thermaltake Level 10 GT Snow, and i noticed there is a place for a 120mm fan at the bottom of the case facing down through the open grill/filter. My question is what way should i face the fans? Down and out of the case or up and into the case. Any insight you might have would be appreciated. Thanks

Cant you mount it up top? pulling the air from inside the case and blowing it out through the top?

The problem having it on the bottom is that all the warm air will go right by your GPUs which could cause them to run warmer. If you mount on top you'll be able to dissipate heat in the case a lot better.

Here's what I'd do. Get a 120mm AP-15 Gentle Typhoon Fan and install on the bottom and mount the radiator up top (maybe even consider getting a H100 since I believe that case can mount 2x120mm up top). This setup will bring cool air up through the case and then pass through the radiator.

I second this ^^ consider the H100, I've actually got the snow edition as well and the H100 with the dual 120 rad fits/work likes a charm up top. Additionaly you could consider removing the 140mm fan on the back of the case and consider mouting it it there. It has the smaller mouting holes for the 120 mm too. both are options that would likely be more efficient then the bottom mount solution.

Thanks guys. I was also considering the H100. Think i'll give it a closer look.

To HiTechHippy: Do u have the H100 set to Push/pull or only one set of fans? I was just wondering if it would fit with 4 fans.
