I am having trouble with my KRK 10s. When I turn it on, the light on back is red insted of green and I'm not sure what the problem is. When I turn on the SUB, even though light is red, my monitors still work and produce sound but no sound comes from the sub. Only thing I see in the manual is that if the LED is red then I should get it serviced.
My connection setup:

Mbox 3 outputs via 1/4' to SUB Balanced 1/4' Input
SUB ouput XLR to M-Audio BX8As Input.
Phase at 0
Low Pass 80hz
volume at 0db
Ground Lift set to Ground.
 
You read the manual, if the led remains red you have to get it serviced. Pick up the phone and call them.
