For the past 2 months I've been using a 6800GT AGP and just recently I made the switch to a PCI Express SLI motherboard. I attached the "NV2-L06" to my new 6800 Ultra and noticed that it was completely blocking the SLI connector. I took a look at Koolance's website and found out they sent me a NV1 instead of a NV2 like it says on the receipt.


I just sent them an email asking them to take back the NV1 they sent me and to give me the NV2 that I ordered. Hopefully it all goes well, I don't have the packaging anymore.
 
Their fault so they take it back no matter what. How would you know what is what...
