You can get the Swiftech GTZ for less than this and I'm sure it'll perform better. I don't see any reason to get any other block than the GTZ or Fuzion v2 right now.

Koolance gear is for people who don't know any better and just go for looks, and it's a ripoff... infact their stuff almost makes me laugh as much as Zalman getting away with selling that reserator kit for like 450 bux.

Koolance has been working hard to develop quality water cooling components and they have made significant efforts. They no longer use aluminum for their parts and the new waterblock will likely perform on par with other major offerings. I'm not sure about your watercooling knowledge but if you don't keep up with it then it's easy to be misinformed.

Uhhhhh.. their radiators are aluminum, so what are you talking about.
