how do i kno if a motherboard has adjustable cpu fsb, voltages, multipliers, etc..in its bios setup and knowing all this before buying the product, like on newegg for example

What you do it this:
When you get your list of canidates down to your final choices, you find specific forums for the boards that you are considering, then browse those forums so that you can find out about all of the pluses and minuses of your choices.

Usually the mb maufacturers' web site will have the board's specs that you can check.
