If you are asking what it is called in this country it is Kingston, otherwise I have no idea what you are talking about :p

I'd say Kingston.
Because if it was Kingstone, then it would probably be spelt with an 'e' on the end, like, well, Kingstone.
This is assuming English rules of pronunciation.
