Kentfield pricing?

Conroe JUST came out.

I hate to be a prick, but let's wait a few weeks ;)



Expect pricing in...october? probably as late as november...
 
I love the reviews conroes are getting, I was just wondering the $ the k's would be expected to bring. Fwiw I will more than likey get a 2.8 presler to tide me over. :D

An E6300 and P965 board would be the smarter choice, then you will at least have a kentsfield ready platform and a higher performance system in the meantime.

I had to laugh. I'm running a p4 2.8 ghx oc'd to 3.0 with 512mb ram right now. ANYTHING is a step up. :D

And i was looking to put the 2.8 on the 965 intel board.

i gotta laugh too. I'm running a 2.0ghz Northwood. Stock. In a Dell. With single-channel memory.

I am running a 2.4 Ghz P4 stock, with 512 megs of RAM. And I am looking for an upgrade too.
